Welcome to the Pu3 Restaurant website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review these carefully before using our services.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

3. Ordering and Payment
Accuracy of Orders: All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if we notice inaccuracies or errors.
Payment: Payment must be made via the methods offered on the Site. All prices are listed in SGD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If payment is not successful or declined for any reason, the order will not be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that accurate payment details are provided
4. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations: You may reserve a table using the reservation feature on the Site. Reservations are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline bookings without notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Table Assignments: While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, table assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Delivery and Takeaway Orders
Delivery Zones: We deliver to specific areas within Singapore. Delivery outside these areas may be subject to additional fees or may not be available.
Delivery Time: We provide estimated delivery times; however, actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pu3 Restaurant will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Takeaway: Orders for pickup must be collected within the designated time frame. We are not responsible for the condition of the food if collected late.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, menus, images, and text, is the property of Pu3 Restaurant or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written permission from us.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Pu3 Restaurant. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of such sites and are not responsible for them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pu3 Restaurant is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or services, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business. Pu3 Restaurant is not responsible for the actions or services provided by third-party delivery companies.
